Ticket to the Moon (TTTM) hammocks have been tested in all climates worldwide to ensure they exceed our adventures' lofty standards. Our product also installs and disassembles in under a minute. We use OEKO-TEX®Standard 100 nylon, a hypoallergenic fabric ideal for all hammockers with allergies and sensitive skin. Our hammocks are the ultimate solutions for all environments. They're smaller than traditional tents, while remaining highly capable and eco friendly. Each product's Express Setting Bag also becomes a pillow and handy storage pouch for accessories. Safety is our priority, which is why all hammocks include steel S-hooks or high-grade aluminum carabiners. These are weight rated accordingly for each hammock model.

Ease of use :

Few things are as easy as pitching a Ticket to the Moon hammock:
- Simply attach your suspension system of ropes or straps to a tree or pole and
- Hang your travel hammock to the right loops for a level position at a 30° angle. 
- Make sure the hammock clears the ground by 40cm or more, and you are ready to swing. 
- Install yourself comfortably and without fear: our hammocks fully support loads of 200 kg. In fact, tests have proven a breaking point above 600 kg.

PLEASE NOTE This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- UV Damage (discoloration and brittleness causes tearing)
- Elemental/Accidental Damage (wind, burns, animal bites)
- Improper care or use (hanging over 45 cm / 18″, use of sharp objects,
- exceeding the weight capacity of 200kg / 440 lbs, jumping, excessive swinging)
- Normal wear and tear

วิธีทำความสะอาด 
1. ซักด้วยน้ำยาซักผ้าอ่อนๆ หรือน้ำสบู่
2. ควรซักด้วยมือ ไม่แนะนำให้ซักด้วยเครื่อง เพราะมีตะขอและอาจทำให้เกี่ยวจนผ้าฉีกขาดได้
3. ตากในที่ร่ม ให้มีลมโกรก

เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน 
1. สินค้ารับประกัน 10 ปี กรณีตะเข็บหลุด และกรณีที่เกิดจากข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิตเท่านั้น
2. เงื่อนไขที่ไม่ครอบคลุมในการรับประกัน
- ความเสียหายจากรังสียูวี (การเปลี่ยนสี และความเปราะบางทำให้เกิดการฉีกขาด)
- ความเสียหายจากธาตุ/อุบัติเหตุ (ลม แผลไฟไหม้ สัตว์กัดต่อย)
- การดูแลหรือการใช้งานที่ไม่เหมาะสม (ห้อยเกิน 45ซม./18",การใช้ของมีคม,รับน้ำหนักเกิน 200กก./440 ปอนด์ กระโดด แกว่งมากเกินไป)
- การสึกหรอตามปกติ
3. เงื่อนไขการรับประกันอื่นๆ เป็นไปตามที่ แบรนด์ Ticket to the Moon Thailand กำหนดเท่านั้น
